Tortilla chips dip sauce

This is a very easy and still delicious dipping that works perfectly with tortilla chips, but you can use it also for sandwiches, for wraps or even with cold quinoa as a salad. Also the ingredients are very cheap so it can be interesting for students 🙂 


  • 250 g  cream cheese
  • 1 can of natural tuna( drain the juices)
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs of cream or yogurt (optional)
  • parsley (optional)
  • chili powder or flakes
  • paprika
  • salt, pepper


  1. Finely chop the tomates and the parsley.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together. I use the cream for making it more fluid, but you can skip this ingredient. The tomatoes and parsley gives it freshness and it gets heat from the chili and paprika.

It seams like it is too easy to be good, but give it a try, it’s finger-licking!
